Description

STICK WITH ME is a journal kit for Hong Kong teenagers to have a better understanding of their mental wellbeing. The life satisfaction of Hong Kong youngsters is declining gradually due to different social and personal issues. The goal is to enhance their sense of well-being by motivating them to raise their self-awareness and resilience. STICK WITH ME provides a constant creative activity for the youngsters. It is fun and achievable for them to build up some habits that bring benefits to their self-awareness and resilience. All they need to do is describe their days with the emotion stickers on the journal sheets. There is an app assisting with it, not only for recording digitally and analyzing their day but also for social connection. With all material in the packaging, they can do everything with one box.
