Description

The purchase process of perfume is interesting and a phenomenon of customers always being shadowed by the sales while they were choosing the perfume. In the last semester, I found out a problem through the interview with the perfume user, which is that the customer needs some private space during the shopping experience. But the staff always follow and ask them different questions. Based on this situation, I was thinking about how to solve this problem by redesigning the customer experience and avoiding letting the customer feel odd. Besides, lots of perfume users lack knowledge of perfume, such as some of them will spray the perfume on their hair. Although, spraying hair is very effective, because the alcohol in perfume can damage hair. This project wants to provide a comfortable place for customers and offer some knowledge of perfume to the customer. Perfume Lab is a place for customers to have a brand new customer experience in perfume retail.
