Description

Health is a common pursuit of all humankind, and to take action in different types of health practices is not hard with the knowledge and information we already have. What’s hard is to maintain it. The definition of health seems to be fixed, but I think that true health is to and create individual direction base on the fixed framework and theories. As young adults facing drastic changes in life stages, how can we maintain a healthy lifestyle in midst of internal and external changes? More or less is a project which aims to propose flexible and adaptive solutions for young adults in hong kong to start their healthy lifestyle in eating and exercising. With new experience designed, Users can start at any level, explore different possibilities and adjust their lifestyle with the knowledge they've gained as they grow and form who they are.
