Friends play an important role in our lives. However, our best friend might not be the most appropriate person to talk to because they are too familiar with you. They may interrupt your complaints as they are anxious to provide you with advice or share their experience.

Patients with bipolar disorder or other mental illnesses have a higher chance of suicide, they might leave the world before sharing their thoughts. Every conversation could change their minds, so they need a "professional" friend.

朋友在我們的生活中擔當了一個重要的角色，可是，我們最好的朋友不一定是一個最合適的傾訴對象。由於彼此太過了解，他們也許急著為你提供可行的建議，只顧著分享自己的經驗，而打斷了你訴說心事。

對於一般人來說可能無傷大雅，但對於患有躁狂抑鬱症或其他精神病的患者而言，可能還沒來得及分享自己的想法就已經離開人世。每一次對話也會改變他們的想法，因此他們需要的是一位「專業」的朋友。
