In modern cities, fast-paced and sedentary lifestyles are prevalent. An unhealthy lifestyle is associated with mental health issues. A lack of attention to physical & mental health remains a large problem.

We are on a mission to encourage people to take a break, take a "vacation" through the walk, and reconnect to oneself. We use multimedia technology to facilitate a better interactive walking meditation experience.
