Online Drug Buying & Consultation

Drug Consultation before Drug Buying Education before Consumerism

A participatory co-design project which aims to enhancing Health in Action’s (HIA) services by incorporating different design tools in the creating process. Through holding workshops and observing various user’s needs and aspirations, we continuously create co-design tools to involve users in the process, aiding us in making prototypes of services that target their encountered difficulties and needs. In both presented projects, we aim to help the ageing society, including the chronically ill elderly and care takers who seek for better medical assistance by introducing and improving HIA services. Our final project prototypes includes a online drug shopping platform which incorporates drug consultation and a health management application that helps users record and monitor their physical conditions.

E for Easy, Help for elderly

A participatory co-design project which aims to enhance Health in Action’s (HIA) services by incorporating different design tools in the creating process. Through holding workshops and observing various users’ needs and aspirations, we continuously create co-design tools to involve users in the process, aiding us in making prototypes of services that target their encountered difficulties and needs. We aim to help the ageing society, including the chronically ill elderly and caretakers who seek better medical assistance by introducing and improving HIA services. Our final project prototype is a health management application that helps users record their body condition tidily and caregivers can monitor the older adults and themselves in real-time. Also, our application visualizes the user's health records for medical to analyze.
