Description

Intending to encourage people to step back from their individual zones, SYNCDINE integrates mobile phones as a medium to link people together again. Play is crucial in different stages of our lives and far more than a privilege to children. It is valuable to everyone no matter what age. Sadly, compact work-life in Hong Kong cause grown-ups no time for play. Along with the over-relying on mobile phones, people keep themselves in their separate worlds rather than interact with their loved ones. This phenomenon is noticeable in restaurants, where people choose to put their heads down but do not spend quality time with their friends and family. However, dining should be a moment for relaxing and gathering.
