Disordered eating habit is caused by different kinds of reasons. Developing a positive relationship with food can be a complex process. How many of us fully understand our own bodies and take the first step to search for help. Foodmate is a service that helps people with disordered eating habits get in-the-moment support, encouraging them to help each other and self-help to receive professional help and achieve healthier eating habits.
