Description

The first impression of a person always defined by his/her appearance. “The halo effect” is a psychological concept that has strong ties to beauty. It causes people to be biased in their judgments by transferring their feelings about one attribute of something to other unrelated attributes. In Hong Kong, there is always a saying “Your Face, Your Fate" meaning that the physical appearance of a person is very important. It is because when you look attractive, you will be given more opportunities and have more advantages in life. However, Hong Kong girls do not usually put on makeup when they go to school, work, or even go on a date. Why don’t they always do makeup? The main reason is that Hong Kong girls are too busy, so they think doing makeup is very time-consuming. In this campaign, it aims to redefine the concept of doing makeup. By creating series of advertising material, how easy and efficient make up could been done are shown. So girls can save their time and be pretty easily.
