Description

Dating apps have created a shift in modern dating culture in Hong Kong. With an abundance of profiles at your fingertips and an increase pace in yourself up to a stranger from zero, it is a simultaneously exciting and exhausting ordeal. From waiting for that text back, to hoping, to starting something then failing, it is no surprise many people experience dating app fatigue. As such, most people don't consistently meet new people on dating apps for long periods of time, but rather use them on-and-off for short periods each time. On Bumble, female users make the first move. "This time, start something different" is a campaign about moving on and starting over. Bumble doesn't just give women a choice in dating, but it gives women hope that they can start something different from last time. Something in their own terms, something better.
