Ar West - Resting Bitch Face 阿西 - 關你西事

Smiling is one of the methods to present nice manner in social norms, so this culture forces people to smile when they don’t want to, and fake smiles will increase the risk of having mental disorders. Social culture always define without a smile is representing rude and unhappy, then define unhappily is a bad emotion. However, there is no such right or wrong of emotion, in such a stressful city like Hong Kong, release feeling is way better than fake positive action.

This campaign is using creating a character, to convey the west face people to stay true to themselves. Using Ar West to demonstrate it’s ok to not smile if you don’t want to, and it is funny and no harm.

以「阿西」重塑西面的形象，通過插畫小故事，呈現世界強求笑容的荒謬現實。
做人很艱難，點解仲要笑？
對抗社會壓力，站在西面的一邊，向強迫性正面情緒說不。
